June Favourites

                                                     June Favourites

Hello Lovelies 😊
So today I was thinking what has the month of June brought me? In terms of products and things I have loved to use to make me feel happy and lovely, like us ladies should 😛.

Makeup Products
This month it has been burning up in Britain and in terms of makeup I've been grabbing my go to lip balms, bright coloured lip sticks and creaseless eye shadow palettes or pots should I say. The most common products I've been picking up are;

The Maybelline 24 hour colour tattoos in 'Permanent taupe' and 'On and On Bronze'. I feel these two shades, one being a dark but after some blending light brown colour and the other being a beautiful golden sparkle colour are the best to achieve that bronzed eyes look and the best thing? They don't crease! Lasting all day and I mean it! These both are natural colours and not to bold and in your face. The only thing is I feel these are the only two in the collection that are wearable and not soo..... Awkward? On the eyes that is.

Fairy Lashes by Jelly Pong Pong. I know funny name right!? But I have to say this mascara is the best! My lashes are so much bigger without the big 'spider look' effect. For the price (£15) I feel that it is a bit much for a student anyways! But by the results I now know why. 👍 The colour is black and the brush applies the product evenly without clumps to follow which in my books is perfectionnnnn. 🙏

On the lips I have been loving four must haves! 💄

By E.L.F cosmetics (Eyeslipsface.com) my go to red is the colour Fearless and I must say you will have to be a bold loving girl to pull off this shiny draw dropping bright red! And for the cost, it is a bargain!

Similar to the Fearless Lipstick by E.L.F I feel that in comparison the Apocolips by Rimmel is exactly the same colour a little bit darker but not a far way. I know it's a lip gloss application with the benefits of a lipstick but honestly girls this colour on top of fearless is a perfect pout! 😘

A new shade for the lips and brand to myself is the Bourjois Lip Crayon in 'Red Sunrise'. It gives the perfect pop of colour to your lips and does last a long time,  not 12 hours like its stated but still a long time. My lips felt moisturised  and i received many compliments about the colour throughout the day. 👍

Lastly but more importantly I think I have a big obsession with Red Lips! My high end lip product of the month has got to be Ruby Woo by Mac (Also using 'kiss me quick' pro long wear lip crayon to outline) I feel this is the perfect shade for us fair girls out there who want to rock the red lip era. Giving the definition and a unique twist to a bland or basic outfit.💃

For my cheeks, my favourite summer blush has to be The Sleek 'lace' palette containing an orange colour full of pigmentation so a little does go a long way with this pallets and this colour is called ' Chantilly' followed by a light pink in the colour ' Guipure ' which has small golden glitter hidden in the light and also followed by a hot reddish pink in the colour 'Crochet'. From all these colours I chose Guipure more because it is such a subtle shade on the cheeks and offers a little highlight to brighten up the face, therefore a big favourite.

Nails

What is summer without flashing those nails about with a pop of colour to a shiny top coat of diva! I love painting my nails and for me, nail varnish makes my outfit complete 💅, this month I have been loving all pastel blues and greens! Therefore picked out the perfect light mint shades I could find in Claire's! One is a block colour shade 3 and I matched it with a sparkly green top coat which looks soooo B.A.EUAT.IFUL! (In the accent of Bruce Almighty!). These two colours on white outfits really do add a unique trend to any girl with a passion for paint! Woooo!

Music
I'm the sort of girl that will sing anywhere and at all times as long as I know the majority of the words to the song I will be belting my voice chords in happiness for all to see 🙋🎵🎤. Now I know I am the worst singer but this months favourite album has to be Blink 182's best hits. I can not keep my dance moves at bay when 'what's my age again' comes on or start singing along to 'Always'. Blink 182 have been the gods in my world and I love Mark so much!! From the charts I have been loving Jake Bugg and Iggy Azelia I feel they both are so unique and have a quirky vibe, which I adore!

And that is it my beauties!
