I now have a holy grail foundation which is called.... NARS SHEER GLOW and my shade is called Deauville. I have really really dry skin and this foundation works magic! Its medium to full coverage and is definately not sheer as the name suggests *tut tut*. It goes on beautifully to the skin and doesn't have a horrible scent or break me out which is a bonus as I hate foundations that smell! I would definately recommend using a loose bristled brush with this as a dense takes up too much of the product. The only negative about this foundation is that it doesnt come with a pump! *sad face* but you can buy one for it. It retails at £31.00 which is abit steep but worth the money in my honest opinion!
As I would apply this to my face second in my routine its only right that I talk about the URBAN DECAY Naked Skin Weightless Concealer - fair .... this is amazing for my all over highlight concealer and does exactly what the name suggests. It feels weightless under my eyes and covers absolutely everything and anything. I did choose the shade lighter to my normal skin as I do use this as a highlight instead of a straight up concealer. To apply I use my mini beauty blender which works great with this product, This concealer retails at £17.50.
Now I have to admit the best thing to me about my makeup application is my highlight. There is nothing more satisfying to me than making my face look like a disco ball and to achieve this I use the MAC soft and gentle skin finish. I recommend this to people on the more fair to medium skin tone as its a cool toned pink highlight. I apply this with a fan brush and walaaaaaa the glow is a go. RRP; £23.00
Now onto lips. I have been obsessing over my MAC lip liner pencil in SOAR, the perfect pinkinsh purple shade that defines with lip line with ease. RRP; £12.50. The second lip product which isnt high end at all but probably should be as the whole collection is amazing is the RIMMEL KATE NUDE lipstick in the shade 43 its the perfect go to pink. Its natural and has long lasting qualities. You can pick this up at boots or superdrug for £5. What a bargainn in the words of my mum haha.
and last but not least my MAC Charging mineral water. a quick spritz all over my face and I feel refreshed and hydrated... what more can I say
